StockWatch: Revolution Shares Stay Flat Despite Historic FDA Approval of Oral Pancreatic Cancer Therapy
In April, Revolution shares jumped 54% after announcing Phase III RASolute 302 trial (NCT06625320) results for daraxonrasib in previously treated metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). In the intent-to-treat population, daraxonrasib demonstrated a median overall survival of 13.2 months, nearly double the 6.7 months seen with standard-of-care chemotherapy.
The FDA approval marks the first oral therapy for pancreatic cancer, a historic achievement. Despite this, Revolution shares remained flat, likely because the approval and efficacy data were already priced in after the earlier surge.
